Volunteering

Pony Club Branches are run by volunteers, who make up the Branch Committee and help to run the events, administer Branch activity and communicate with the Members. Volunteers are often sought to help with tasks such as putting out show jumping courses, stewarding at shows and becoming new Committee Members.

If you would like to join the volunteer group, please contact our DC Emma Marsden

If you are able to spare some time all day, half a day, a few hours we will be very grateful. Help will be needed on the day and prior days to help set up and of course to pack way!

Young Equestrian Leaders Award

Members can become Young Equestrian Leader by volunteering their time to the equestrian community.  Grove members help at Branch events, fund raise and steward at prestigious events such as Chatsworth International Horse Trials or the Pony Club Championships.  For more information visit the Pony Club YELA pages

Fund Raising in support of Grove Hunt Pony Club

The Pony Club is a registered charity. Some employers support charities through enabling employees to claim an hourly rate for the time they spend volunteering.  If you work for such an organisation, please consider claiming in support of your branch.  Payments go through to Pony Club Head Office but can be directed back to the local branch by emailing the PC Finance department to alert them to a donation coming through and which branch it is for (finance@pcuk.org) please also advise our treasurer.
