It is no longer possible to renew over the phone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS<\/strong>\u00a0(those with less than 3 riding members in the same household).<\/p>\n<p>NEW Members should use the Members\u2019 Portal \u2013 follow the top tips on the Join Us section of The Pony Club website:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/protect-eu.mimecast.com\/s\/5samCARkt97mBxUmtBxw?domain=e-mail.pcuk.org\">https:\/\/pages.pcuk.org\/join\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>RENEWING\/LAPSED Members<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If membership has expired in 2026, you will have received renewal invites (4 weeks and 2 weeks before your expiry date and then a final email 2 weeks AFTER expiring)<\/li>\n<li>Click on the link the most recent invite we have you sent to you to access the Members\u2019 Portal\n<ul>\n<li>NB: this link is unique to you and the password held in the Members Database, so you cannot log in successfully without it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Using the online portal, you will be able to check and update any contact details, and members and pay online.<\/li>\n<li>You will not be able to\u00a0<strong>change the branch or membership type<\/strong>\u00a0(Riding or Non-riding) \u2013 if you need to do this please contact your branch to initiate the transfer process or contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:membership@pcuk.org\">membership@pcuk.org<\/a>\u00a0to change your membership type.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Membership forms<\/strong>\u00a0can still be emailed to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:membership@pcuk.org\">membership@pcuk.org<\/a>\u00a0however please allow up to 10 working days for these to be processed in the system.
