Camp 2023

Mini camp 2023

Wednesday 9th Aug – Friday 11th Aug

Mini camp 2022 to be held at fortune bank farm.  Wednesday – Friday  10-3pm All children will receive two ridden and two stable management lessons per day and Friday will be a lesson in the morning followed by a fun activity in the afternoon.

Spaces are strictly limited total cost is TBC. A non refundable deposit of £30 to be paid by 1st March 2023, followed by two instalments TBC. All payments and entries to be made via our website. Children will need to bring a pack lunch and named water bottle for each day. Water proofs/sun cream depending on the weather. Children need to wear correct riding attire no hoodies there will not be any condition & turnout throughout camp. Ponies will need a filled haynet and water bucket for each day. 

 

 

Junior/Senior residential camp 2023. Plumpton equine college 

Date 30th July-3rd August 2023

Junior residential camp 2023 at Plumpton College
Total cost this year will be £460 per child.
A payment plan has been set up but please note the final instalment could be subject to change dependant on numbers.
Open to children 11+ years
* Conditions to attend camp children must attend at least 2 GWR before July 2023 and help or provide a helper at our annual show.

Booking & Payment:

The member has agreed to pay to the organsier as follows: £180.00 non refundable deposit to confirm the booking. Balance to be paid over 5 installmentsof £56, first installment due end of February 2023, with the final balance due end of June 2023.

The total cost advertised on the website includes: stabling, hay & straw for the horse (hard feed to be supplied by the participant),  full use of the facilities, instruction and lectures/ demos plus 3 meals per day for the rider.

Cancellation: If the member wishes to cancel a booking the the balance of the booking fee received will be subject to a refund only if the place can be filled.
