This page contains all the information you need to get the most from your membership On the Calendar page you will find all the dates for training / rallies.  If you are interested in taking part in training or rallies please go to the upcoming bookings page to book on and make payment via PayPal.  Please note that rallies / training  cannot be booked until payment is received in full.

 

Dress code for general working rally

Turnout of the pony/horse

Ponies must be clean and well groomed, hooves should be well shod and picked out. Tack MUST be clean, well fitting and in good condition. Plain tack and plain, dark or white numnahs with no braiding or logos expect a KBCP numnah.

Tack should be clean safe and fit correctly Stirrups need to be of the correct size – there should be at least half an inch on either side of your foot.

Dress code

NO jewellery is allowed

Hairnet

Plain black, brown or navy hat silk (NO POM POMS)

Gloves – Black brown navy or white

White Shirt with Pony club tie and badge

PC Sweatshirt 

Beige coloured Jodhpurs

Pale blue polo top should be worn for all training events (except XC were a long sleeve top should be worn)

Brown or Black Jodhpur boots, chaps or gaiters, Jodhpur clips should be worn if no chaps, smooth soles or long riding boots country/muck boots are permitted to ride in.

NO hoodies allowed

Any coats/waterproofs should have no hood and be fastened up.

Neck/Martingales strap to be worn for jumping.

Body protectors are recommended!

 

  Times allocated for each Rally / training group are available on the Rally and Competition page, shortly before the event. Please remember to check.  Also worth noting that riders should be ready 15 minutes before the start of any General Working rally, so they can be marked on their condition and turnout. The majority of badge training takes place at Club night.  Info on Badges / Tests are available on the main Pony Club site http://www.pcuk.org/index.php/tests_and_achievements More information on Kent Border club night below Club night is usually held on the first Friday of each month from. It is held at Keston Church Hall Church Road Keston, Kent. Join us for fun, games, badge work, tuck shop and lots of laughter. These evenings are free of charge but a small amount of money may be spent at our tuck shop. Badges are awarded on completion of all the badge training dates ( you must attend all the relevant club night sessions ) and complete the final assessment successfully
