Online Rally Bookings - Lamerton Hunt

All rally bookings are taken online via Entrymaster, enabling Members (or their parents/guardians) to book and pay for Lamerton Hunt Pony Club rallies and events in a one-step process via an online account with Entrymaster.

Finding your Pony Club Membership Number
To make a rally booking via Entrymaster, you will need your rider’s Pony Club Membership Number. Your rider’s Pony Club Membership Number can be found:

on your rider’s Pony Club membership card

on correspondence from the Pony Club regarding your rider’s membership

by emailing lamerton@pcuk.org (we can then respond to provide you with your rider’s membership number).

Creating an account with Entrymaster
Members (or their parents/guardians) may register with Entrymaster to create an account under which they may save their own details, their rider’s details (including the Pony Club Membership Number referenced above), and their pony’s details – all this will save time when making future bookings. To create your account:

Go to https://lamertonpc.entrymaster.online and select ‘Login’ tab (to the right of the homepage photograph).
Under ‘Don’t have an account?’, select ‘Register’.
Complete your full name and email address and set a password for your Entrymaster account.
Tick to accept the Entrymaster terms and conditions, then select ‘Sign Up’ (this will log you in to your account).
When logged in to your account, select ‘People’ to add rider/member details to your account. You’ll need to scroll right to the bottom of the page to record your rider’s Pony Club Membership Number, in the ‘<rider name> Membership’ section. Select the ‘Edit’ option, select ‘Pony Club’ from the drop-down options for ‘Society’, then enter your rider’s ‘Membership No.’ in the relevant field. You may add multiple riders under your account, making it easy to make rally bookings simply by selecting the relevant rider details from a drop-down menu when making your bookings.
You can use the ‘Horses/Ponies’ option to add horse/pony details to your account. This will save time when making future bookings as you may select the relevant horse/pony details from a drop-down menu when making your bookings.

Online payments via Entrymaster
The Entrymaster platform uses a third-party provider called Stripe to process your online payments. The standard charge per transaction made via Stripe when paying online by credit/debit card is 1.5% + 20p. So, for a standard rally fee (updated to £16.00 for 2024), the associated card payment fee would be 24p (1.5% of £16.00) + 20p = 44p. As a Branch, we have taken the decision not to pass these fees on to our membership, so these fees will not be added to the rally fees you pay, and will instead be deducted from the payment passed on to the Branch.

Entrymaster permits entry to multiple rallies/events (for single or multiple riders, e.g. siblings) in a single transaction, so if you know your rider/riders will be attending multiple rallies, you might like to book and pay for these rallies in a single transaction, so as to minimise the card payment and Entrymaster booking fees payable by the Branch.

To add multiple riders when making a rally booking:
Use the ‘Add another entry’ option.

To enter multiple rallies in a single booking/transaction:
Use the ‘Click here for more events’ drop-down option to select further rallies/events to enter before checking out.

Time slots
Where you are booking to attend a one-hour session within a two-hour rally, you are welcome to specify as a comment on your booking which time slot you would prefer. However, please note that selecting your preferred time slot does not guarantee that your request will be granted. Although we will take your preference into account where possible, riders will be grouped according to ability and time slot details will be circulated ahead of the rally.
