Rally Payment

All Rallies and Training Sessions need to paid for in advance rather than on the day. This is a standard practice across most Branches.

Once you have booked in you can cancel your booking and the fee will be refunded, up to the Payment Date published in the calendar. Cancellation beyond this point forfeits the fee as group sizes will already have been set to make the event financially viable.

For Mounted Rallies email Lynn Watts (malvern+lynn@pcuk.org) to add your name to the list and then confirm your booking by making an online payment to Malvern Pony Club 30-95-41/33818968, with the reference listed in the calendar followed by your child’s name, by the payment date listed for that event. If payment isn’t received by that date you will not be included on the list of riders.

The same applies to Unmounted Events – please email Amanda (malvern+amanda@pcuk.org) to book in for these with payment as above.
