Rally Payment

All Rallies and Training Sessions need to paid for in advance rather than on the day, unless requested in the calendar i.e. Minis Pony Care. This is a standard practice across most Branches.

Once you have booked in you can cancel your booking and the fee will be put on credit to the next event, up to the Payment Date published in the calendar. Cancellation beyond this point forfeits the fee as group sizes will already have been set to make the event financially viable.

For Mounted Rallies email Sally ( ) to add your name to the list and then either send a cheque, made payable to Malvern Pony Club, to Sally Nions, The Vines, Baughton, Earl’s Croome, Worcestershire WR8 9DQ or make an online payment, Malvern Pony Club 30-95-41/33818968 , to arrive by the payment date listed for that event. If payment isn’t received by that date you will not be included on the list of riders.
