Times
Times for rallies will be released by 6pm two days before the date of the rally. If you have an specific requests re times please make sure you let the organiser know.
Cancellation policy
Once times have been released you will not receive a refund, unless your space can be filled. If your space is filled you will receive a full refund/owing note. (If arena hire/xc hire has to be booked in advanced: Once this has been booked you will not receive a refund unless your space can be filled.)
