Calendar of Activities

Plan ahead with the calendar of activities. Click directly on the activity date to book on via the online booking system. For any questions, please contact the committee.

• All events and rallies organised by the Monmouthshire will appear in the calendar in LIGHT or DARK BLUE

• All events organised for the Area (training, Area competitions) are in PURPLE

• All events organised by the Pony Club Office, known as National Events – Spring Festival, Training, will be in GOLD

Times

Times for rallies will be released by 6pm two days before the date of the rally. If you have an specific requests re times please make sure you let the organiser know.

Cancellation policy

Once times have been released you will not receive a refund, unless your space can be filled. If your space is filled you will receive a full refund/owing note, minus the booking fee. (If arena hire/xc hire has to be booked in advanced: Once this has been booked you will not receive a refund unless your space can be filled.)

In the event that a rally has to be cancelled you will receive a full refund or we can move the entry to another rally.
