Rally Cancellation Policy<\/u><\/strong><\/h1>\n

How to cancel:<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Up to 10 days before the rally:<\/u><\/strong> Please email Louise Allison, Rally Co-ordinator, at rallies@nfhpc.com<\/a> to ask her to remove your entry. You will not be charged.<\/p>\n

Less than<\/u><\/strong>\u00a010 days before the rally:<\/strong><\/u>\u00a0Please contact the instructor who is holding the rally.<\/strong>\u00a0Their contact details can be found on the Rally Programme. At this stage you will be charged unless one of the following is provided:<\/strong>\u00a01) A medical certificate 2) A vet certificate. 3) Your place can be filled with a paying member who is appropriate to the group.<\/p>\n

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT, ALWAYS CANCEL YOUR RALLY PLACE – please give as much notice as possible!<\/strong><\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0We are having an increasing number of \u2018No Shows\u2019 – You will be automatically charged if you do not turn up to a rally that you have booked. Please think about your coach\/instructor and other members of your ride.<\/strong><\/p>\n
