The Summer Rally Programme is out. Book NOW for rallies running from Saturday 29th June to Friday 18th October.<\/h2>\n

The Summer Rally Programme is out now, view the rally programme<\/a>, select the rallies you’d like to attend and please book via the Google Form Rally Slip<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please book no later than SUNDAY 30th JUNE<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please make payment at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

We publish times nearer the date of each rally, find details on the RALLY TIMES page<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

RALLY CANCELLATION POLICY:<\/h2>\n

How to cancel<\/h3>\n

Up to 10 days before the rally:<\/strong>
\nPlease email Louise Allison, Rally Co-ordinator, at rallies@nfhpc.com<\/a> to ask her to remove your entry. You will not be charged.<\/p>\n

Less than 10 days before the rally:<\/strong>
\nPlease contact the instructor who is holding the rally. Their contact details can be found on the Rally Programme. At this stage you will be charged unless one of the following is provided:
\n1) A medical certificate
\n2) A vet certificate
\n3) Your place can be filled with a paying member who is appropriate to the group.<\/p>\n

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT, ALWAYS CANCEL YOUR RALLY PLACE – please give as much notice as possible!<\/strong><\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE<\/strong>:\u00a0We are having an increasing number of \u2018No Shows\u2019 – You will be automatically charged if you do not turn up to rally that you have booked. Please think about your coach\/instructor and other members of your ride.<\/p>\n
