WELCOME TO NEW FOREST HUNTS<\/h2>\n

We\u2019re an active club with around 100 members, living in and around the New Forest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

New Forest Hunts Branch was formed in 1935 and is part of Area 14, which is made up of 20 different Pony Clubs.\u00a0We welcome members from the age of 3 to 25 years, to participate in a variety of activities from Rallies, Tests, and Summer Camps to Area, Regional & National level Competitions.<\/p>\n

We have a healthy mix of riding abilities; from children on their shetlands and family ponies, right through to horses that are competing nationally. All are welcome, and we hope you\u2019ll find that our rally programme<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0is structured to provide opportunities for everyone.<\/p>\n

We’re a fun & friendly branch, and we look forward to welcoming you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

SUMMER CAMPS 2026<\/h3>\n

We host summer camps – day camps for minis and juniors, and residential camps for seniors. These are held during the holidays and are always a highlight for our members.<\/p>\n

SPORTS<\/h3>\n

At New Forest Hunts, we aim to create opportunities for our children (and parents) to meet likeminded friends, improve their riding, increase their knowledge of horsemanship, and have a good deal of fun!<\/p>\n

We offer regular rallies and training sessions for a variety of equestrian sports including:<\/p>\n

Dressage<\/a>, Showjumping<\/a>, Eventing<\/a>, Tetrathlon<\/a>, Mounted Games<\/a>, Endurance<\/a>, Pony Racing<\/a>, and Polo<\/a>.<\/h4>\n

COMPETING<\/h3>\n

For those who enjoy competing, there are competitions held throughout the year in all sports, with regular interbranch competitions hosted across Area 14, and annual Area Qualifiers. A few of our children will go on to represent New Forest Hunts and Area 14 at Pony Club Regionals and National Championships held every summer.<\/p>\n

TEAM SPIRIT<\/h3>\n

It’s not just about competing; being part of a team is great fun and a fantastic way to make new friendships and learn from one another. We foster a strong team spirit, encouraging riders to support each other, whether it’s through offering encouragement or being on the receiving end.<\/p>\n

We like everyone to have fun and take pride in representing our pony club branch at every level.<\/p>\n

Eventing, Dressage, Show Jumping & Tetrathalon Teams<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Coaches and Instructors<\/strong><\/a> work together with our branch Sports Managers<\/a><\/strong> to arrange rallies and team training throughout the year for all levels.<\/p>\n
