Welcome to the North Argyll Branch of the Pony Club

North Argyll branch stretches from Lochgilphead in the south, west to the island of Lismore and north to Fort William. Our members meet regularly for rallies, instruction, stable management and competitions in Benderloch and Oban.

We have a range of abilities from lead rein riders right the way through to our B test candidates. Julie Donn (who passed her A test in 2010) is our Chief Instructor.  We invite qualified and experienced instructors from all over Scotland to teach at our rallies. We believe strongly in the importance of working rallies and we try to meet twice a month (come rain or shine) as a club so that members can learn and socialise together.

We are also currently upgrading our website to provide more helpful and interesting content for members and the families of members. This will involve adding photos to the gallery page as well as reports from organised events held and attended by the club. We hope that the website will evolve through time to include news, highlights, features and blogs and would be interested in hearing from club members to share a story or an experience, or even if you have a question on a matter you need some help with… Get in touch!

In the meantime, we hope you will continue to support us and make use of the North Argyll Pony Club website and please do check-in from time to time to see new content as we move forward with the 2022 season.
