Instructions for Events Booking

1. Click ‘booknow’ on relevant event

2. You are taken to the next screen where you have the option to book 1 or more places – choose as appropriate and click ‘book now’

3. You are then taken back to the events booking page – there is a yellow toolbar across the top which should say click to view your basket

4. This will take you to a page summarising everything you have booked so if you have booked several different events at the same time they should all be listed.

5. At the bottom of the page there is a yellow button that says continue to checkout – press this and you are taken to the next screen which asks for entrant and parent details – click ‘add details’ then add the riders names on the next screen – then press save and continue.

6. On the next page click ‘continue to payment’ – button at bottom of page.

7. It will then ask for parent details – usually you will click – ‘yes use one set of parent details for all entrants’ – add your name, phone number and email where prompted and press continue

8. Then at the bottom of the page click – ‘yes use one of the parent details I’ve entered above’ – then enter further details prompted then press continue

9. A yellow button that says complete booking will appear at the bottom of the page – if you press that it will redirect you to PayPal where you put your login details and then Pay now.
