Our Committee and Volunteers work hard to ensure we offer as many opportunities as we can to all our members across the 9 Pony Club Sports <\/a>and Horsemanship<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Rallies<\/strong><\/h2>\n
We are a fun friendly and active branch. There are weekday Dressage, Mounted Games & Jumping rallies open to members of all ages and fortnightly Minis<\/a> rallies on weekends. We have regular, at least monthly, Horsemanship & Badge rallies. We also hold Pony Racing and Polocrosse rallies as well as taking advantage of Area 9<\/a> training in all disciplines.<\/div>\n

Camps <\/b><\/h2>\n
We hold one residential camp a year that has single day options and is open to all members. We also have multiple one day camp options at a variety of venues to suit all ages and abilities in the school holidays. Camps are fantastic opportunity for members of all ages to mix, socialise and learn from each other. In addition we also hold a multiple day non residential camp every summer for our Minis. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n
We are a relatively small branch and it is important we are as fair to all as possible.<\/div>\n
Once you have confirmed your booking for any North Herefordshire PC rally\/training then you are committing to pay the full cost for you\/your child\u2019s place.<\/div>\n
Refunds can only be provided in exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of the DC. They are also dependent upon the financial viability of the rally\/training.<\/div>\n

Area 9 Rule re Eligibility to Represent the Branch at Area Competitions<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to be eligible to compete at Area Competitions, members from all branches in Area 9 and their horse\/pony must have actively taken part in at least 3 rallies, qualifying coaching, or training sessions during the previous 12 month period unless prevented from doing so by illness, absence from home, or any other reason which in the opinion of the DC and Area Rep justifies absence.<\/p>\n

For the purposes of this rule a rally, qualifying coaching or training session is one\u00a0which is organised by a branch committee, the Area Rep, or by the training\u00a0committee and must be a minimum of 1 hour in length. Each day of a Camp shall be\u00a0counted as a separate rally, qualifying coaching, or training session.
\nIn addition to demonstrating loyalty to the branch, the combination of horse and rider\u00a0may also be required to prove their competence, safety, plus fitness of horse or\u00a0pony, in the specific sport and level that the member wishes to participate at.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
