NOTES ABOUT HAT TAGGING

NOTES ABOUT BODY PROTECTORS

If worn for any Pony Club activity a Body Protector must meet BETA 2009 Level 3 standard (purple label) or BETA 2018 Level 3 standard (blue and black label) These are shown on a small PURPLE or BLUE/BLACK label on the outside of the Body Protector. Every member’s body protector will be checked before riding XC to ensure their protector meets the standard – if they don’t, your child cannot ride. This applies to both events and rallies. There is no tagging system for body protectors, as the labels can be clearly seen on the outside of the garment.
