To go to the\u00a0<strong>Pony\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Club Shop, click\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wainwrightscreenprint.co.uk\/pony-club-essentials-ties-badge-scrunchie--targets-52-c.asp\">HERE<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>North Norfolk Pony Club branch members clothing<\/strong> (coats, sweatshirts, skins etc) is supplied by <strong>GG-GEAR<\/strong>. \u00a0All items are made to order and take 7-10 days to despatch. Orders can be made online<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gggear.co.uk\/north-norfolk-pony-club-195-c.asp\">HERE<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Second Hand Clothing (and tack)\u00a0<\/strong>can be bought and sold on our closed Facebook page. Any misuse of spurs will be reported to the District Commissioner, Area Representative and Training Chairman and riders who are reported will be recorded and monitored. Sharp spurs are not permitted. Only blunt spurs, without rowels or sharp edges, and spurs that have a smooth rotating ball on the shank may be worn. If the spurs are curved, the curve must be downwards and the shank must point straight to the back and not exceed 4 cm in length. The measurement is taken from the heel of the boot to the end of the shank<\/p>\n<p><strong>HORSES and PONIES TACK and ACCESSORIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All tack should be clean and in good, safe order (please check regularly for safety)<\/li>\n<li>Numnahs should be plain black, brown or white<\/li>\n<li>Horses and ponies should always arrive clean and well turned out<\/li>\n<li>Horses and ponies should be plaited where appropriate at events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NOTES ABOUT HAT TAGGING\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"style55\">Riding hats must meet one or more of the standards listed in the Hat Rule (see link above).\u00a0New members or those with new hats must present their hat to the DC or rally organiser for checking and tagging.\u00a0The current (2023) tags are neon pink.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style55\"><strong>NOTES ABOUT BODY PROTECTORS<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 24\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>If worn for any Pony Club activity a Body Protector must meet\u00a0<strong>BETA 2009 Level 3 standard<\/strong>\u00a0(purple label) or\u00a0<strong>BETA 2018 Level 3 standard<\/strong>\u00a0(blue and black label)\u00a0These are shown on a\u00a0small PURPLE or BLUE\/BLACK label\u00a0on the outside of the Body Protector. Every member\u2019s body protector will be checked before riding XC to ensure their protector meets the standard \u2013 if they don\u2019t, your child\u00a0<strong>cannot<\/strong>\u00a0ride. This applies to both events and rallies.
