Below are the links to the forms you need to print off to take with you on the day<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tack and Turnout forms can be hand written (there is a blank one as a starting point) but need to be sent to Claire after the rally using the Tack and Turnout Whatsapp group. Please let Helen know on the same group if members don’t attend.<\/p>\n

On the Day Risk Assessments need to be held onto and brought to the next Committee Meeting.<\/p>\n

Incident and Accidents are now completed online and the link to the Main Pony Club website is available above, there is also a printable version in case you don’t have internet access on the day. Please contact Ann and Rachel for further advice about this form.<\/p>\n
