North Staffordshire Hunt Branch of the Pony Club<\/strong>
\nDistrict Commissioner Vacancy<\/strong>
\nHere at the North Staffordshire Branch, we are looking for someone to take on the role of District Commissioner.
\nThis role is a leadership role, working with a committee of up to 11 members who are all assigned specific roles to support the running of the branch.
\nThe role would be for someone enthusiastic who will be willing to promote the branch, actively seek improvement, offer support to all the members and represent our branch of Pony Club. The person would need to have good organisation and communication skills and like working in a team.
\nAs District Commissioner you would need to attend Area meetings and liaise with the Area Representative when required and ensure that the Branch was following Pony Club rules and standards. Training and support will be given through the head office of Pony Club and Area Representative.
\nIf you feel that this is something you could take on, please email your application with a description of what skills you can offer to the branch.
\nIf you are interested but would like to speak with a current member of the committee before applying, then please email in and someone will be in touch.
\nPlease note that this is a voluntary role and will be subject to completing the relevant training and disclosure checks.

The Pony Club is an international voluntary youth organisation for young people, up to the age of 25, interested in horses, ponies, and riding. Founded in England in 1929, and granted independent charitable status on 1st January 1997, there are around 330 Branches and 300 Linked Riding Centres in the UK alone. The Pony Club is represented in no less than 27 countries with a worldwide membership exceeding 110,000, making it the largest association of young riders in the world.<\/h4>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n
