To provide clarity to our members, we will provide a refund for a rally booking in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\u2192You provide us with a\u00a0minimum of 5 days notice<\/em>\u00a0of your cancellation to our email address\u00a0oldberkeleyhughenden@pcuk.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>so that your entry can be updated on the system by our committee members and our treasurer can prepare a refund for you.\u00a0 \u00a0If you would like to speak with Amanda, or any of the committee, directly to cancel your booking, please do, but please also follow it up with a confirmation email to our branch email address.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\u2192 Your place is able to be filled from a waiting list which is maintained by the Committee.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

As we book rally venues and coaches based on signed up members by the closing date typically sickness of the rider or ailment of the horse\/pony is non-refundable unless you have provided the required notice above.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
