What to Wear at Rallies

Booking and Paying for Rallies – Rallies must be paid for in advance

E-mail the organiser with your name, pony/horse name, the event you want to enter and any other relevant details e.g. you are travelling with another member so need times close together or your level of experience if appropriate. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Rallies must be paid for in advance and payment is due once the organiser has confirmed that you have a space on the rally (usually once the times are published).  We are unable to accept payment on the day.

Please pay online  or send a  cheque to Anne Sandford, Folliotts, River Road, Taplow, Bucks. SL6 0BG

The bank details are:

Account Name: O.B.H (South) Pony Club
Account No: 00021751
Sort Code: 40-52-40

Please use the following to reference your payment, either in the online ref or on the back of the cheque:

Initial and surname of member plus date or details of event –  e.g.  TJones 0304 or TJones camp

Rallies have a closing date for booking a place – this date is always specified when the information e-mail is sent out.  Once the closing date has passed, it means we have confirmed the amount of time we need from the instructor and the venue – and we are  committed to paying for this.  Therefore, any cancellations received after the closing date, for any reason whatsoever, must still be paid.

OBH South Pony Club subsidises Rallies and Training and if we have to pay for unused time and space, this reduces the funding available for more productive activities.

Who to Contact

Please contact the event organiser at any time before the event. When the times are published, this will include details of who to contact on the day. Please make a note of this, as other committee members may not be attending and your call may not get answered.

Hacking to Rallies

If you are hacking to and from a rally, it is ESSENTIAL you wear high viz clothing.
