What to wear

Horses and Ponies

• Clean and well groomed
• Trimmed or shod appropriately
• Hooves picked out and oiled
• Tack clean, supple and well fitted
• White, blue or brown numnah or saddlecloth

Rider

Hats

• Black/brown/navy hat or silk
• Must comply with the latest pony club rules

Body Protectors

• Must comply with the latest pony club rules
• Must be worn when riding cross country

Jewellery

• No earrings, piercings or other jewellery can be worn at any rally, camp or competition.

Rallies and Training

• Perth Pony Club sweatshirt, available to buy from www.tylershorseandcountry.co.uk
• White shirt
• Pony Club tie
• Hairnet (Long hair MUST be safely tied back in a bun or plait inside the hairnet)
• Pony Club scrunchies, or plain dark colours
• Gloves
• Beige or plain dark jodhpurs or breeches
• Clean boots. Juniors should be in jodphur boots with boot coloured jodhpur clips
• Metal Pony Club badge and correct coloured felt, pinned on upper left front of sweatshirt. Fabric PC achievement badges can be sewn or velcroed on the sleeves.

Competitions

• Tweed jacket preferred (or Navy/Black), metal Pony Club badge and correct coloured felt, pinned on left lapel
• Clean, show ring ready pony
