Perth Pony Club welcomes all children and adults to their Mini One Day Event<\/p>\n

General Information:<\/strong>
\nSunday 26th May at Inchcoonans Competition Yard, Errol, Perthshire PH2 7RB
\nOpen to all, entries via Horsemonkey. Entries close on 21st May.
\nClasses \u00a312 each (Perth Pony Club members \u00a310). Late entries may be accepted by Facebook
\nor email with an additional cost of \u00a32 per entry. Toilet and catering van on site.<\/p>\n

This is designed to be a fun and encouraging competition, especially for those who have yet to undertake an ODE.
\nCompetition consisting of Dressage, Show jumping and Power X on Woods and Tracks
\nenclosed course in place of XC. Competitors can compete in one or all phases.
\nRosettes to 6th in all classes<\/p>\n

ODE trophies for Perth Pony Club members 10 and under and 11-12 \u2013 to be presented at
\nClub Trophy Night. Members wishing to be included for the purposes of trophies must take
\npart in all three phases. Ages as of 1st January 2024.<\/p>\n

Classes:<\/strong>
\n1. Dressage \u2013 PC Walk\/Trot Test 2022
\n2. Dressage \u2013 Preliminary PC 70 Test 2022
\n3. Dressage \u2013 Grassroots PC 80 Test 2018
\n*Lead reins are welcome. Riders may have their tests called.<\/p>\n

4. SJ \u2013 X poles
\n5. SJ \u2013 40-50cm
\n6. SJ \u2013 60cm
\n7. SJ \u2013 70cm
\n8. SJ \u2013 80cm
\nAll single phase with the jump off undertaken immediately, regardless of score in the first
\nround.<\/p>\n

9. Power X \u2013 X poles
\n10. Power X \u2013 40-50cm
\n11. Power X \u2013 60cm
\n12. Power X \u2013 70cm
\n13. Power X \u2013 80cm
\nOptimum time allocated for each class. 4 penalties per knock down, 4 penalties per stop. 3
\nstops at one fence or four across the course incurs elimination. Horse or rider fall =
\nelimination.<\/p>\n

Rules\/Terms and Conditions:<\/strong>
\nThis is a Pony Club Competition being run under Pony Club Rules.<\/p>\n

Times will be listed not before 6pm on Thursday 23rd May 2024.
\nWithdrawal date 22nd May 2024.
\nNo refunds after the withdrawal date for any reason. Before this date, refund minus booking
\nfee will be given.<\/p>\n

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel, all entries will be refunded minus
\nbooking fees.<\/p>\n

There will be no ambulance, but First Aider\u2019s will be in attendance and included in the entry price.<\/p>\n

No horse or pony may compete more than once in any class.<\/p>\n

All riding hats must conform to Pony Club standards (hat tagged) and must be worn with
\nchin strap correctly fitted at all times when mounted.<\/p>\n

Back protectors (2018 standard) and hat with no fixed peak are required for Power X.<\/p>\n

The judge\u2019s decision is final.
\nBad behaviour will not be tolerated and the organisers reserve the right to ban anyone from participating, without refund of fees, for any behaviour deemed by the organisers to have caused trouble or upset anyone.<\/p>\n

No horse or pony to be tied up to outside of trailer or lorry without supervision.<\/p>\n

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and all fouling must be cleaned up.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The organisers have made every effort to avoid clashes on the day, but in some cases, this
\nmay be unavoidable and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n

Neither the Perth Branch of The Pony Club nor anyone acting on their behalf shall be
\nresponsible for any loss, damage, accident or theft of any horse, pony, rider, spectator, or
\nproperty.<\/p>\n

The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at the event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must
\ntake all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the
\ninstructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.<\/p>\n

All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have
\ntheir own third-party cover. The Perth Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this
\nevent are not legally responsible for non-members and their insurance will not cover you.<\/p>\n

Any complaint must be submitted in writing, with a \u00a340 deposit, which will be returned if
