PWPC calendar and bookings

Book on PWPC rallies and events via links in the calendar below. The rally description will say if a full day, half day or timed group. Rallies will generally include jumping (XC and /or SJ) and flat work, unless stated otherwise. Any questions, please contact the rally contact.

Please note the following rules, which upon entering you are agreeing to abide by.

• Refunds given up to close of entries less booking fees. Thereafter only if place can be filled. This applies to PWPC rallies. Check terms for camps and competitions, as may be different. 
• If a rally, training session, camp, competition or event must be cancelled, a full or partial refund may be given at the discretion of the Committee. 
• Please familiarise yourselves with the Pony Club Codes of Conduct. We expect these to be respected by all our members, their parents and guardians and, our coaches.
• There may be specific rules and regulations for particular venues. These will be noted in the email you receive ahead of the rally.
• If you wish to delay payment for the rally until nearer the time, you can do so. Please register on the rally so we know numbers and can confirm the coaches we need, but return to Entry Master prior to the close date to complete payment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your place on the rally and we will not be chasing for payments.
