Rallies will be organised via messenger unless parents\/carers contact via another form such as telephone, text or email. Please contact Amanda or Kat to book in for any of the rallies. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

We would like parents\/carers during rallies to be mindful of the other families attending.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Please bring your own water and buckets to wash off horses and your own poop-a-scoop. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Please clear up any poo or hay left around your trailer or lorry. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

The instructor will do all the fence setting up but may need some help to get jump wings\/poles out and put away. Please do offer to help as it helps get the rally going quicker and helps everyone to get home quicker.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Please do not come if you are unwell with cold and flu, sickness and diarrhoea or Covid-19 symptoms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

* Stockland Lovell or Pontispool XC rally (60cm and over) 1.5-2hrs \u00a335<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

* Unmounted rally \u00a39 <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

We require payment in advance either by PayPal at paypal.me\/quantockPC<\/a>  or by BACS  \u2013 Barclays \u2013 Sort Code 20-85-26, Account No. 20734772 \u2013 Quantock Pony Club.  Please add the rally date and rider name as reference please.  Please use messenger or email to let us know when you have done this.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded or passed on to the next rally.  Less than 24 hours notice and we are sorry but we can\u2019t refund.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

No outside assistance while your child is in the arena, the instructor is there to teach your child not you.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

New Spurs rules have come in, so if your child needs spurs please contact Kat Sims to discuss this before coming to any rallies expecting to be able to use them.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Hats will need to be to an up to date standard (please see the pony club main website). <\/strong> We request neck straps to be worn at all rallies please and we recommend up to date body protectors be worn for jumping (2018 teal and black label).<\/strong> Please find Kat or Amanda to get new hats tagged with the pink label.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
