Click directly on an activity date to book via the online booking system. Any questions, please contact the committee.<\/h5>\n<h5>Access to the QHPC Entrymaster home page is <a href=\"https:\/\/quornpc.entrymaster.online\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/h5>\n<p>All QHPC activities are run by volunteers. Please help to set up and put away. Please offer to make instructor lunches at All-Day rallies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please observe the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respect guidance from organiser<\/li>\n<li>Ensure members are correctly dressed and check pony tack is correct (see under QHPC Information)<\/li>\n<li>Arrive promptly, about 10-15 minutes before time slot so there is time to unload<\/li>\n<li>Park safely<\/li>\n<li>Members should not mount their pony until told to do so by their instructor<\/li>\n<li>After the activity, leave as quickly as possible so that others can arrive promptly and park.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QHPC Refund and Waitlist policies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Rallies\/training\/other activities not mentioned below<\/em>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<\/strong>no refunds given within one week of the event<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Camp refund policy<\/em>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<\/strong>no deposit or full payment refunds after payment closing date\/s, unless place can be filled<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Camp waitlist policy<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; if camp is over-subscribed (this has only happened in the past for Senior Camp) there will be a waitlist. If a place becomes available it will be offered to the next person on the waitlist based on entry date\/time.
