D & D+ Revision and Test Dates<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I have provisionally booked Tuesday 21 April and Tuesday 5 May as revision evenings for those working towards the D and D+ Tests<\/p>\n

A test date of the 19 May is also booked<\/p>\n

There is lots of information of the Pony Club Tests available on pcuk.org<\/p>\n

We are organising a training program for the C Test.\u00a0 This will be a mix of online, face to face training, ridden and stable management training. As always costs will be kept to a minimum.<\/p>\n

Pony Club Efficiency Tests <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

What are The Pony Club Test?<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

The Pony Club Training structure encourages members to take tests which enables them to learn progressively about horse and pony care and riding. The tests are taken at recommended ages and are designed with certain objectives in mind \u2013 see below for the order in which tests are taken, test syllabuses, how to book, test fees and Direct Entry Guidelines\/Exemptions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

We coordinate training and tests aimed at younger\/new pc members from sept through to April. These are from the E test level through to C Test. The theory is covered at the Monday evening Badge Evenings, the riding is covered at the many rallies, training and summer camps.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

We will confirm the dates of the badge evenings very soon.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

There will be E, D and D+ tests in October and in March<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

We are looking to arrange the training and tests for C+ and B Test<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

These tests are usually run during the summer with training taking place at various pony club activities, including rallies, camps and training throughout the year. We will look at some specific training to ensure the syllabus has been covered prior to taking the test.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Please contact me if you would like more information about the C+ or B test or are interested in taking the tests. When I know who would like to take part then I can organise training and tests<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

These are proficiency tests, which although are non-compulsory are an integral part of Pony Club. They show that a child has reached a certain level of achievement and knowledge in his\/her riding and stable management skill. Both mounted and dismounted instruction are given in preparation for tests. You will receive a certificate and a felt of an appropriate colour to wear under your badge on passing.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
