Entry fees –
Seniors & Junior Teams £125.00 per team.
Pairs £50.00 per pair.
Minis £60.00 per team – not a qualifying competition but just for fun. Genuine novices only 8 and under. Please confirm if lead rein/assisted/not assisted.

DO NOT GO DOWN JOES’ LANE IF SATNAV SUGGESTS IT! Competition will be signposted from the A271 – Victoria Road.
Provisional timetable – Seniors, Juniors, Pairs then Minis. We will confirm times nearer the day.
CLASSES TO BE RUN UNDER PONY CLUB MOUNTED GAMES RULE BOOK 2025. Senior/Junior/Pair races will be as shown in the Mounted Games rule book 2025. Mini races to be confirmed.
Please confirm the name and address of TWO line stewards, per team, that will be available on the day. You will also need to provide two equipment people per team.
Senior/Junior/Pairs/Mini Declaration Forms attached – to be handed in on competition day 45 minutes before start of class. Pony passports to be checked when declaring.
Rosettes to 4th place presented after finals for Seniors/Juniors/Pairs and Mini sessions. Tack & Turnout rosettes to 3rd place.
The Judges decision is final.
Hot and cold refreshments will be available all day. First Aid in attendance.
RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Dogs on short leads. Dogs not to be off the lead at any time. There are sheep on the farm. Gates to be kept shut at all times.
All classes will be run under Pony Club Mounted Games rules 2025.
Hats must comply with the current Pony Club standards and be appropriately tagged.
No Jewellery to be worn. Long hair tied up and in a hairnet.
No horse or pony shall be left unattended or tied to a trailer or horse box unless supervised by a responsible person.
Reasonable adjustments forms need to be email to rmpc.treasurer@mail.com at least 2 weeks before the event.
Photographic Rights – by entering this competition, competitors and their guardians give permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons taking part this event to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club.
Health & Safety – Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
Legal Liability – Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.”
