As an active Branch of The Pony Club we run regular rallies and training for our members. This can range from General Rallies to more discipline focused trainings.<\/h3>\n

General Rallies<\/h2>\n

Our ‘general rallies’ are ridden group lessons and cover all sorts of mounted activities such as flatwork, mounted games, pole-work and jumping. These rallies are open to all and a great opportunity to improve your general riding skills as well as prepare for any upcoming tests. We run regular General Rallies throughout the year, as well as an excellent learning opportunity, these rallies are a great time to make new friends and meet some likeminded young people.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n

Day Rallies<\/h2>\n

Over the summer we run a few Day Rallies. These are usually held on grass and consist of a variety of different mounted and dismounted activities. This can range from Dressage, to Cross Country and anything in between, usually with a picnic and a chance for members to catch up at lunch time. keep your eyes peeled for upcoming dates on the summer programme.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n

Mounted Sports Training<\/h2>\n

As well as our Rallies we also offer members more sports based training sessions. These run regular between February and November at a variety of different venues in order to offer our members plenty of opportunity to learn and experience different venues and atmospheres. These trainings run in house and cover Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross Country. These sessions run in smaller groups than a general or day rally and in some cases we also offer individual lessons to members. The focus of these trainings is to prepare our members for competitions and any Area Teams they may wish to be a part of.<\/p>\n
