Pony Club Camp 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

This summer, 49 members from the Seavington Branch headed to Pontispool Equine Sports Centre for the annual Pony Club Camp. There were 10 rides in total, with the youngest members aged 4 and the oldest member aged 25 and enjoying his last year at Camp. Children age 11 and over can stay at Pontispool. All horses and ponies are stabled at Pontispool for the duration of Pony Club Camp.<\/p>\n

Once again, the annual event was a huge success. A big thanks has to go to the Camp Committee and all those who gave up their time to help. Contributions towards camp, however big or small, are greatly appreciated. Without such help, camp would not be possible.<\/p>\n

This year we are extremely fortunate to have received sponsored from Morson Technical Services. Their very generous sponsorship allowed us to provide each rider with a Camp polo shirt, theirs to keep as a souvenir of Camp 2024. Everyone loved the pink – even the boys!<\/p>\n

All riders attended for the full 4 days, where they rode in the arena and on the cross country course. Everyone took part in a combined training event. It was great to see everyone dressed up smart, with their horses and ponies turned out beautifully, for their dressage tests on day 3, before a more relaxed jumping equitation event on day 4. On the final day, the younger rides went on a Bear Hunt on the cross country course while the older riders did mounted games in the arena.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n
