Booking for rallies and events is via https://www.itsplainsailing.com/org/seskinore where you will see a list of future rally blocks/activities listed. The rallies are booked in a block rather than individual dates, as it is more beneficial for the member and instructor to complete a full block, as rallies are progressive.
Some rallies will have limited numbers, shown on the booking system.
When booking is closed, rides will be organised and times, posted on our website.
If there is any space late entries will be accepted, but a surcharge will be applied (10% or a minimum of £2.50)
Rallies, camps, events and tests all take considerable organisation and we aim to provide a variety of activities for members through the year. We work to keep costs to a minimum by calculating how many we need to cover each hour of lesson and dividing this into rides, aiming for 5-6 depending on the activity.
We have unavoidable costs of arena/venue hire and instructor fees, which rise yearly, and currently we use branch funds to subsidise all activities.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WORKING RALLIES ONLY
* If you withdraw, you must notify the organiser of this by text, or email to seskinore@pcuk.org
* Withdrawals before the closing date will be refunded.
* Withdrawals after the closing date will only be refunded if the place is filled and paid for.
No refunds are given within 72 hours of the rally or training event
In some exceptional circumstances, this may be waived (at the discretion of DC) or on the production of a doctor’s letter or vet’s note.
Other events hosted by Seskinore Harriers see booking form for cancellation policy, if any.
