Dear Little Campers

Little Camp 3rd -6th August (possibly the 7th)

During these strange times we are starting to plan what we may be able to offer for Little Camp 2020. Before we can do anything we need to know how many members (aged 4-12) would like to come and join us. This will allow us to work out how many days we can offer to ensure that we are following government guidelines on gatherings.

Although camp will be simplified we intend to make it as much fun as we can, and hope to be able to offer flatwork, show jumping and cross country.

Here are some things you need to be aware before making your decision:

We will not be using the stabling or grazing paddocks so all ponies will need to come and go each day, there will also be no toilets and social distancing will need to be followed at all times (lead reiners will need to be lead by someone from their household). Parents will be asked to remain well out of the way and will not be able to follow ride groups around and may have allocated areas. In the past we have welcomed additional members of households other than the rider and parent, this year this will not be possible as we will need to register everyone on site as there‚Äôs a limit to numbers.

We know this all sounds strange but we are keen to put something on for those that are interested.

Please could you contact Helen Ridley by the 15th July:

Please could you include the following information:

Childs name:

Age by camp:

Clarity around whether they are off the lead rein:

We will be in touch with all those interested shortly after the 15th July with our plan.
