Membership  Information

Hi All,

It’s time to renew your Pony Club Membership, I will try and explain a few changes that are happening.

Pony Club are launching a new database called PELHAM which will hopefully go live at the end of February where members will be able to access their own membership profile. We will let you know once this is available.

Until then your membership renewal form should  be sent to me with a cheque made payable to: The South Northumberland Branch of The Pony Club or by BACS to the Branch Account,  Sort Code: 30-94-19   ACC No. 00143388    Stating name and  “Membership” as reference.

PLEASE WRITE “BACS PAYMENT” on the Membership form if this is your method of payment.

Once the database is ready future payments will be made online.

The Pony Club Membership year has been changed to a rolling year from 1st January 2020 so you will be able to join at anytime in the year ie. join in April and you will renew next year in april.  For this year 2020 Members who have not renewed by 31st January will not be able to take part in South Northumberland rallies until they have renewed their membership, as they will not be current Members and will not be covered by PC insurance. 

The membership rates for 2020 are £80 for an Individual Riding Member, £36 for an Individual Non-Riding Member and £200 for a Family Membership.  Please note that of this fee only 21% is retained by SNPC, the remainder of the fee goes to The Pony Club Headquarters.  Gift Aid provides an important additional source of income to SNPC as it allows the Branch to retain an additional 20% of the amount donated , therefore please sign the Gift Aid Form if you are able. See the renewal form for details (there is no additional cost to you in doing so).

Please add the Branch Fee to your total, this fee stays with our Branch and pays for PELHAM and some of the overheads of running the Branch. We will charge only one Branch fee of £5 per membership form (Not one per membership).

Can I ask that you print the 2 pages of the form as I have to detatch the Gift Aid slips (Not back to back) Thankyou.

Please keep the membership card you were given last year as this is the card you will use when you renew. If you have lost it you can get another by contacting The Pony Club.
