Senior Winter Training – Wednesday 6 January 2021

Dear All

I hope you all had a great Christmas!

Please see below the groups and times for Senior Winter Training on Wednesday 6 January.

As usual please leave the facilities as we found them, picking up any hay & muck outside in the car park and a gentle reminder for all to arrive on time for your session. Please be ready at least 10 mins prior, as arriving late disturbs the session in progress for both instructor and fellow riders – thank you.

Charlotte has also asked that there is no access to the arena through the glass double doors.  Please stay outside in cars – thank you.

Please ensure payment has been made for this session in advance, £15 to Deborah Crozier (contact details on previous email), as you will be unable to ride if payment has not been received.

Please see attached Covid Rules & Guidelines that we all must adhere to please.

Any queries, please let me know.

Kind regards

Dear Members

We are in the very fortunate position during these unprecedented times to be able to offer Junior and Senior winter training sessions at Park End Equestrian Centre.

Senior Training

Senior sessions are for members 12 years or older, or hold their C test.  Sessions will be £15 and held on the evenings, between 5pm and 9pm on the following dates:

2020: Mon 2nd November, Mon 7th December

2021: Wed 6th January, Mon 1st February, Thur 25th February and finally Tues 9th March

The above sessions with Charlotte Ridley will all be jumping sessions.  We are in the process of organising some flatwork sessions and dates will follow shortly.

The training sessions can be counted as a rally, 1 session counts as 1 rally and you may use a maximum of 2 sessions towards the 3 rallies needed for Teams.

Bookings for each session will close 7 days before the rally.  You can book more than one slot per session if you wish to bring more than one pony and if there is sufficient space to allow this, you will be granted multiple slots.  Places will be granted on a 1st come basis, approx. 5 days before the rally you will receive confirmation of your space and your time slot.

Please send you booking form to Jane for seniors and Stef for Juniors and forward payment to Deborah Crozier as follows: –

Payment to be made on booking, this can be by cheque (made payable to South Northumberland Branch of Pony Club) and posted to D Crozier, Viewley, Steel, Hexham, NE47 0HN    OR   by BACS at Sort Code 30-94-19 Account No.  00143388. Either form of payment must be clearly referenced with name of rider and date please.

Sessions may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control such as amendment to coronavirus restrictions or bad weather.  Notifications of cancellations will be sent via email and posted on the Facebook page.  If you are unsure please contact Stef or Jane.

We look forward to offering these sessions and please find  Senior  booking forms below.
