On the first wet Thursday in a long time – South Notts did some theory!\u00a0 Although badges are the backbone of the Pony Club syllabus every now and then we run a session that is all about revision.\u00a0 Some members were preparing for a proficiency test – these tests are examined by external assessors and are quite formal.\u00a0 \u00a0Others were working through the Progression Awards – these help monitor progress towards the next test.<\/p>\n

30 of our members worked together to improve their knowledge of horse and pony care, a good use of a rainy morning, and they also learned how to put long hair into a bun, Pony Club style!\u00a0 Watch below to learn how to do it, all the equipment is available from “posh shops” as explained in the video, or you could use a well known online retailer.<\/p>\n
