Saturdays – Triathlon only, starting 10am
Shoot & Run at Whitland Memorial Hall (SA34 OAA)
Swim at Narberth Swimming Pool (SA67 7DU)
Sundays a.m. Riding at Home Farm, Cresselly (SA34 0SP)

An Individual & Team Show Jumping & Open Field Jumping Challenge will follow the tetrathlon phase which is open to Pony Club members & teams from all branches & likely to include classes from 45cms to 1m full details to follow.

1c Junior Boys & Girls TET Riding Ability Test (Dressage test with obstacles)

2a Minimus Boys & Girls TRI

11 & Under 7m 2 Hands 2 mins 1000m

Minimus Boys & Girls TET 80cm SJ & WH Jumps 16 – 18 Obstacles in an open field
70cm SJ – 2 rounds in a roped grass arena (-300 penalties)
50cm SJ – 2 rounds in a roped grass arena (-600 penalties)
2c Minimus Boys & Girls TET Riding Ability Test (Dressage test with obstacles)

ENTRY FEE – Triathlon £10 Tetrathlon, £20
Entries on the day will be accepted £2 extra

Rosettes for Best shoot, swim and run
Rosettes to sixth place

Light refreshments will be available at Whitland Memorial Hall

Rules
Competition will be run under Pony Club rules
Ages as on 1st Jan 2019

Shooting
No guns to be left unattended at any time

No one under the age of 18 may carry a gun in a public place

Guns must be kept in their cases until the firing point steward gives the order to unbox them.
They must be boxed again before the competitor leaves the firing point

Riding
A Skull Cap to comply with Pony Club Rules must be worn when mounted. Skull Cap & Body Protectors are compulsory for the Riding phase.
There will be a hat and tack inspection before the riding phase. Please ensure your hat has been fitted with a BLUE Pony Club Tag by your DC before the competition.
Earrings, studs, other body jewelry and nail varnish must not be worn.
Competitors will not be forced to retire after 3 refusals at any one fence, but if they continue they must not impede following competitors and must retire after 2 falls as per Tetrathlon rules.
Horses must be 5 yrs old or over and may not be ridden by more than one competitor over the same course unless the riders are siblings. Please state on entry form if sharing a horse/pony.
Due to the current issues with Equine Flu in line with PC advice & guidelines the organisers reserve the right to check passports & only allow horses/ponies to compete that meet the current BEF vaccination guidelines
