Camp<\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

We hold 2 camps a year.\u00a0 The Junior camp for all primary school children, is usually 2 days and 1 night duration. All parents stay and camp with their children, activities can include mounted games, badges, jumping, hacking, treasure hunt etc.<\/p>\n

The main summer camp\u00a0 for members 8 years & over, 3 days and 2 nights, activities include flatwork\/dressage, show jumping, xc, mounted games plus evening talks and demos.\u00a0 Designated parent supervisors and some instructors stay overnight.<\/p>\n

Mini Camp<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Mini Camp will take place at Dittiscombe Equestrian \u00a024th\/25th July 2024 and is ideal for children 9 years and under. \u00a0It\u2019s great fun and all children are accompanied by parents. \u00a0More details will follow from Vicki Rogers on this.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n

Senior Camp<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are lucky to have secured a camp at Stockland Lovell in August 2024 for our senior camp.\u00a0 This will be held\u00a0 on the 4th to 6th August 2024 and is aimed at children 9 years and over. \u00a0 For those that haven\u2019t been before the facilities at Stockland Lovell are great. \u00a0 Huge arenas that can be subdivided, lovely cross country course with lots of various sized jumps, great stabling for the ponies and accommodation for everyone with full catering.<\/p>\n

Cost includes\u00a0all stabling, catering, accommodation, use of the brilliant facilities, and the instruction.\u00a0 \u00a0To make the most of the facilities, it will work best if you are off the lead rein, walking\u00a0and trotting confidently in an open space and happy to jump small jumps. \u00a0We are encouraging as many children as possible this year and will have a designated group for the younger members. \u00a0Please do speak to either Karen Burner (01548 581160) or Lisa Stephenson (07891 217537) if you are unsure of whether your child is better suited to mini or senior camp.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n
