If for any reason you are unable to attend a rally please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel before the closing date of the rally a full refund will be given. Refunds after this time will only be considered at the discretion of the DC with a supporting Doctors/ Veterinary note. If for any reason we have to cancel a rally full refunds will be issued.
