Senior Camp 2026
We are excited to announce 📣 that our senior camp 2026 will once again be at the fantastic venue of Lindores Equestrian centre. The booked dates are July 14th-17th. Three nights & four days.
The total cost per member £375.00.
The committee are pleased to say that we will be subsidising the camp by 10% per member which we have achieved through our fabulous fundraising efforts throughout the year.
The camp is aimed at 12yrs plus from the 1st January 2026 with a Pony Club test standard of D+.
Please note that the camp will be fully residential for three full nights with only committee members or PVG’d adult volunteers on site.
Camping 🏕️ sleeping arrangements will need to be provided, constructed and taken down by parents prior to leaving the venue please.
The teepees ⛺️ are sadly unavailable this year.
There are 8 spaces available in Lindores wooden camping huts, but these will be an additional cost of £15 per person, per night and allocated on an equal basis to ensure fairness (out of a hat).
Hay & straw bedding are provided, but shavings will be at an additional cost.
Please note the following stipulations on booking:
* A Non-Refundable Deposit of £75.00. This secures a place, please note that spaces are limited & it is done on a first come first served basis. Booking opens on Entry Master 1st Jan 2026.
* Refund Policy: A full refund only if:
*The space can be filled by someone on a waiting list & at the discretion of the committee.
*A vet or doctor’s certificate is provided (although the deposit will still be retained if the place isn’t filled).
* Payment Deadlines: please adhere to strict deadlines for paying the balance after the initial deposit. This will be in the form of three £100 payments: 1st February, 1st March, 1st April. Full payment is required before camp starts.
* No refunds will be sadly be given four weeks prior to camp starting, regardless of personal circumstances (16th June 2026).
* Current Pony Club membership is required, and up-to-date vaccinations & medical history forms for both the child and pony) must be confirmed before arrival.
* Please adhere to our 3 rally rule prior to attending camp, this is to ensure your partnership safety & equality of allocated places.
* Any new combinations must be assessed by one of our Strathblane coaches prior to camp commencing.
