- All hats must be tagged. Members should not attend any mounted Pony Club rally/camp/event without this being done. Please read The Hat Rule. It is vitally important for your own safety, and insurance, that your hat meets the requirements. Note that the hat should not have a fixed peak for Cross Country, although this can be tagged for Dressage and Show Jumping only.
- Correct Dress please (see Clothing Rules page). This is essential for safety reasons! Stock or Tie. No boots with a heavy grooved sole (like the Mountain Rider and other makes) as this can get stuck in the stirrup. Check your foot fits the stirrup and will not “go through”. Hair tied up and hair net so it will not get caught up or trodden on if you fall. No side reins except daisy reins. No earrings or other jewellery.
- Body protectors to all xcountry rallies please and where ever parents see necessary.
- Medical armbands must now be worn at all rallies and other Pony Club events.
- Before setting off for an event, you are advised to check your emails and the website in case the event has been cancelled or the venue has been changed. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible
- All children should have a responsible adult with them at every rally.
- No dogs please to Sands Farm
- Full addresses of Rally Venues can be found on the Rally Venues page.
