We encourage members to put themselves forward to represent the Branch at these competitions and we organise training to help them prepare.

Members who are interested in competing in a team or as an individual must complete the appropriate discipline form and forward this to the branch DC by the 1st April. Submissions will be assessed for eligibility and suitability. Those passing the pre-selection stage will be invited to attend Area Training in the chosen discipline/s.  In consultation with discipline Coaches and Team Trainers, Members who are sufficiently prepared and competent to compete at the level required will go forward to final selection. With previous experience and results taken into consideration the Chief Instructor and DC will select the team/individuals who will be entered in the Area Qualifiers. Their decision is final.

A condition of entry to any of the competitions listed above, is that, if a member is unable to compete after entries fees are paid they must reimburse the club in full for all costs incurred. If medical/veterinary certificates are produced and a claim for refund of entry fee is successful the branch must be reimbursed in full and the remainder will be returned to the competitor.

It is the members (parents/guardians) responsibility to understand and abide by the Dress Code, Tack and Turnout requirements and Rules of their chosen Discipline/s.
