The Thetford Chase Branch was established in 1961 and is part of Pony Club Area 8. We are one of more that 350 branches and centres in the UK, and there are in excess of 43,000 members throughout the country. The Pony Club also has Branches in 18 other countries, with International membership in excess of 110,000.
The aims of the Pony Club are to promote good horsemanship by providing fun, friendship, training and competition for its members. Most British Equestrian Medal winners have been Pony Club members.
We are a small and friendly branch with around 50 members, with ages ranging from 4 to 24! We cater for all levels and abilities and try to cover a wide a range of disciplines as possible. During the year we hold rallies and training for all and hold annual summer camps for our Junior and Senior members. We also enter teams for Dressage, Show Jumping and Eventing at all levels in friendly and Area competitions. Most of our activities take place within a 15 mile radius of Attleborough.
