General advice for rallies.

Everyone is welcome.

The rides are split into age and capability.

We aim to have Pony Care days during the school holidays so that we can make a day of riding and working towards badges and our tests.

For rallies – Beige, black, navy or brown jodhpurs with shirt, pony club tie and sweat shirt.

Chaps are allowable without fringes.

Gloves, no jewellery except for watches and hairnets for long hair please.

Your pony should be groomed and tack should be clean, safe and fit your pony.

At the start of every rally we will have a turn out inspection of both rider and pony.

Hats and back proctors need to meet the current pony club standard

At least 3 working rallies must be attended in the year to enable you to compete at any area competition.

To be considered for Tickham Hunt Pony Club teams you must have attended three working rallies in the current year of membership and have your membership card signed by your instructor.  PLEASE NOTE, THAT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN COMPETING ON A TEAM, THEN YOU MUST PUT YOUR NAME FORWARD TO THE TEAM ORGANISER.

We would like to remind you that The Pony Club dress code for rallies is either shirt, pony club tie and riding jacket or pony club sweatshirt with beige, black or blue jodphurs. Numnahs should be black, brown, blue or white.
