Junior Series Showjumping Competition success

It was a brilliant day for our Vale of York members at the YAS Junior Series qualifier at a very wet Escrick Park! The 60cm team of Dotty, Mia So, Sofie and Mia Sp finished in 2nd place with Mia Sp winning the class! All those riders, along with Connie, qualified for the final at Bishop Burton as well which is a great achievement. Tom was so unlucky with his 4 faults but produced a lovely round nonetheless.

Congratulations to the 70cm team of Mia Sp, Harriet, Sofia and Tiana who placed 2nd and also qualified for the final at Bishop Burton. A big congratulations to Kitty for winning the class and qualifying for the final.
And finally congratulations to the 80 team of Mia Sp, Harriet and Kitty who won their class as a team and Mia Sp who won the class individually and Kitty who placed in 5th.

So proud of all your riding and resilience in such terrible wether conditions.
Thanks must go to Gill and all your fantastic team for holding this excellent competition. To be still smiling and cooking hot food and drinks to the end when the rain was still pouring down was truly remarkable. Thank you from all at the Vale of York Pony Club.
