The V.W.H. Hunt Pony Club was one of the first branches of the Pony Club founded in May 1930. We are located around the counties of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, taking in the towns of Cirencester, Lechlade and Swindon.

We like to involve all our members in a variety of activities, and are always open to new suggestions. Our District Commissioners are Georgie Davies (Lead Rein & Mini Members) and Rebecca Faskin (Junior & Senior Members). Please contact us with any suggestions, questions or support.

Our branch is very active –  in a typical year we run approximately 90 rallies. Regular venues include Rectory Farm, Seven Bridges Farm in Cricklade and Wickstead Farm.

In the summer we hold our very popular camps for our minis, juniors, and seniors, all with an emphasis on horsemanship and fun.

Our dressage, show jumping, eventing and tetrathlon teams train hard and continue to be successful at all levels.

We have strong links with the VWH Hunt and members are welcome to join them throughout the season. Please see the contact us page for details of who to speak to regarding any of these areas.

A VERY FIRM REMINDER TO ALL MEMBERS THAT HATS MUST BE TAGGED. Penny Hall, Pamela Ormond and Georgie Davies are the official Hat Taggers and you need to contact them to arrange for your child’s hat to be tagged before attending rallies.
