Following close collaboration with Lloyd Hunt (Lands Eventing) and Wayne prodwell (Moreton Morrell College), it has been mutually agreed to move the event from Moreton Morrell to Offchurch Bury.
We are extremely lucky to have access to not just one, but two incredible venues in our area. Both Moreton Morrell and Offchurch Bury offer fantastic facilities and support for the pony club, and we’re very grateful for the strong working relationships we have with both teams.
Special thanks go to Wayne Rodwell at the college and Lloyd Hunt from Lands Eventing, whose ongoing support and collaboration have made this move possible.
Moreton Morrell remains a much-loved venue, the team there were already getting ready to prepare the ground for this event. However, after careful discussion, it was agreed that Offchurch Bury, where significant ground preparation has already been carried out for upcoming competitions, offers the most practical and sustainable option, particularly given the relentless hot weather we are facing. Rather than preparing new ground under challenging conditions, it makes economic and logistical sense to utilise the already-prepared ground at Offchurch.
Offchurch Bury is a special venue in its own right, and we’re excited to now be hosting the competition there. We’re confident it will provide a fantastic experience for both competitors and supporters.
