Please always try to book all rallies using the Calendar tab.  If rallies are full please let the organiser know,  as there are often cancellations and if we know people are waiting can look at putting on extra groups. Contact details are on committee page and on the rally booking page.

From February 2024 rallies can also be booked using the Horse Events Online website/ .  You will need to create a Horse events account but this will allow you edit the booking, or cancel up to the withdrawal date to get a refund less the booking fee.  There will be a non refundable booking fee with each entry, unless a free event.

All rallies are still subsidised by the branch. Efficiency tests are fully subsidised and are free to take.

Payments can also be made by BACS .Western Hunt Branch of the Pony Club  sort code 30 13 88 account 22367760 – please make sure you put riders names and rally date in the Ref.

Please note –  Once the closing date has passed or rally times have gone up then the instructors and venues have also been confirmed, and cancellations cannot be refunded unless the place can be filled.  All rallies and camps are subsidised by the Western from funds raised at open and school events.  Thank you

All horse/ponies attending PC rallies/activities need to be fully vaccinated prior to attending.

Please do not bring dogs to rallies, or you may have to leave in car/trailer.

Porth Valley XC – head towards Newquay Airport from A30.  Go past the turn for the airport

Carry on for about 2 miles, until you come to a right hand turning, on a brow of a hill with Newquay in the distance. The road has red tarmac on it and the signs say RAF St. Mawgan and Treloy Caravan Park. Move into the middle of the road here and turn right. After 100 yards, take the first turning on the left. This is a little country lane with no names up.

Carry on along here, passing BENN PARK, HENDRA VEOR, round a couple of bends, go past CHY LOWENNA. We are the next turning on the right. We have a wide entrance with pillars saying Hendra Paul Farm, Hendra Paul Cottages etc.
