Remarkable achievements at the Western Triathlon

Sunday 16^th February

So many personal bests in all three phases, showing that the hard work and consistent training has paid off! It was a brilliant competition at Carn Brea Leisure Centre, showcasing exceptional talent and a lovely supportive team spirit. Thank you to everyone who helped out.

Three Teams represented the Western Pony Club:

• Weston Wizards came 3rd with Florence, Lola, Emily and Harper
• Western Warriors came 10th with Evie, Zola, Grace and Ada.
• Western Wombats came 16th with our youngest competitors Piper, Ruth, and Erin.

Individually:

• Ruth 4th and Erin 9th in the mixed Beanies
• Piper 7th in the mixed Tadpoles

In Mini Girls, Florence 3rd, Evie 8th,  Zola 9th competing in her first Tri,  Ada 10th and Grace 12th with best swim.

In Junior Girls, Harper 5^th,  Lola 9th with joint best swim and Emily 13th.

Next stop the Winter Qualifiers at Bodmin on the 1st of March, hosted by East and North Cornwall.
