We were delighted to have 12 junior teams and 11 mini teams take part from 5 different branches and one centre. Both sections ran at the same time in the hall and it was great to see so many members working in their teams and having fun. The questions were set by head office and covered topics ranging from tack, feeding, worming, yard safety and learning theory and many of the rounds were activity based like guess what is in the bag, charades and pictionary. We had lots of keen helpers and a super tea and cake stall to refresh everyone. We were very pleased the afternoon went well and we are hoping to host the quiz again next year. We had 3 mini team and 2 junior teams enter and they worked very hard before the quiz learning lots of topics. We had three training sessions during the winter during which learned about the topics, and practiced questions and games such as charades, taboo and pictionary. We were very proud of all our members who represented our club. Well done to our juniors Rowan, Daphne, Emilia, Ellie-Mae, Sophie-Alice, Izzy, Jessica and Sienna. Huge well done to our enthusiastic minis, Bella, Jessie, Isabelle, Sylvia-Rose, Hollie, Belle, Brooke, Lily, Freya, Paige, Poppy and Isabella. We had two qualifying teams, Mini Greys, (Bella, Jessie, Isabelle and Sylvia-Rose), came first and junior team, Piebalds, (Rowan, Daphne, Emilia and Ellie-Mae) were placed 2nd .
