We had a fantastic\u00a0week at Junior and Senior Camp. We had 15 juniors and 16 seniors who spent the week riding and learning how to look after their ponies, with\u00a0two ridden\u00a0lessons a day and two stable management sessions.\u00a0 Our six instructors\u00a0were brilliant and they varied the lessons to include flatwork, pole work, show jumping, cross country\u00a0and hacking.\u00a0 <\/i><\/p>\n

A big thank you to Kay, Sam, Sonia, Julia, Laura and Becky for such good lessons.\u00a0 We had Helen, a vet from Bell Equine come and help us learn about first aid as this was one of the badges we were working towards. We also did the Grooming and Intro to Eventing badges.\u00a0 In addition to all the learning there was lots of fun including an Olympic themed games night.\u00a0 <\/i><\/p>\n

On the last day everyone did clear round show jumping in the morning and there were some super rounds.\u00a0 In the afternoon each ride performed their musical ride to all the parents showing off their flat work and team work skills.\u00a0 Prize giving was a lovely celebration of the week and congratulations to Dolly Howard for best\u00a0 junior, Bethany Marshall for best senior camper\u00a0 and Isabel Fry for camper of the year.\u00a0 \u00a0The sun shone all week and lots of wonderful memories were made.\u00a0 Huge thanks to the Dinnis family for hosting us.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n
