We apreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth, safe, and positive experience for all members and their families.

Respectful Environment: We kindly request that parents and carers remain mindful of other families attending the rallies to maintain a pleasant and supportive atmosphere for everyone.

Muck Disposal: Participants are responsible for clearing all horse droppings and waste hay from the immediate area surrounding their trailer or lorry, and from the general venue premises.

Instructor’s Role: The instructor will manage the complete course and fence setup.

Volunteer Assistance: The instructor may require assistance transporting jump wings and poles for both setting up and clearing away the equipment. Offering your support in these tasks is highly valued, as it significantly contributes to starting the rally promptly and expediting the departure process for all attendees.

Illness: For the safety of our members, particularly those who live with vulnerable individuals, including infants, we require that participants do not attend if they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Your understanding helps prevent the spread of infection within our community.
